Description

The ITC Chicken Burger Patty Regular (1.5 kg) is a premium frozen product crafted under the guidance of master chefs from ITC Hotels. Each pack contains approximately 28 pieces, each weighing around 53.5 grams, making it ideal for both home cooks and food service establishments.

Product Features:

  • Ingredients: Chicken (51.2%), Breadcrumbs [Refined Wheat Flour (Maida)], and other premium ingredients.
  • Shelf Life: Best before 12 months from packing.
  • Storage Conditions: Always store in a deep freezer at -18°C or below. Do not thaw.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Deep Fry: For 3 minutes and 30 seconds at 180°C until the core product temperature reaches 75°C.
  • Shallow Fry: For 4-5 minutes at 160-170°C on medium flame. Flip occasionally until crisp and golden.
  • Air Fry: Brush the product with oil and cook at 200°C for 8-10 minutes until the core product temperature reaches 75°C.
  • Bake: In a preheated oven at 220°C on a tray brushed with oil for 6-8 minutes. Flip at half-time.
