1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to DELHI, GURUGRAM, FARIDABAD, NOIDA and GHAZIBAD Unfortunately, we do not ship to outside DELHI, GURUGRAM, FARIDABAD, NOIDA and GHAZIBAD regions at this time.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Below are our standard shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 

  • Order below Rs. 599 not accept
  • Order between Rs. 599+ to 799 shipping charge Rs. 50
  • Free Standard Delivery on order above Rs. 799

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within same day or next day after receiving order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 2-5 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Basket of Frozen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

Basket of Frozen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay
  • Online Payment Systems: Razorpay, UPI,  Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.
  • Other Payment Methods: We Provide Cash on Delivery 

2. Payment Terms

  • Currency: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees ₹ (Rs.).
  • Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of order. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full.
  • Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total and displayed at checkout.
